* Overview:

HQM32 Series Plenum Pulse dust collector integrates the advantages of chambered reverse blow dust collectors and pulse dust collectors and overcomes the shortcomings such as insufficient dust removal strength in chambered reverse blowing and concurrent dust removal by pulse jet and filtration so as to expand the application scope of bag dust collectors. Because the structure of this type of dust collector is featured with applicability for treating high concentration dust, its dust collection efficiency is improved and the life of filter bag is lengthened. Except for being applied in cement industry, it is extensively applied in metallurgy, chemical and electric power industry. Particularly, it can get satisfactory result in dust collection of waste gases from garbage furnace. Therefore, it is an advanced dust collector with excellent performance.

* Primary structure:

This series dust collector is composed of housing, dust hopper, dust discharger, support, pulse dust removing system and electrical control. Adopting chambered structure, the dust collector is divided into several chambers which run independently. Dust is removed by periodic reverse blow of large pulse valve.

* Working principle

After dusty air enters the dust collector from the air inlet, by the action of inertia, the dust of coarse particle in the air directly falls into the dust hopper, which collects primary dust. Later the air flow entering the dust hopper turns to passes through the filter bag with metal framework installed inside, and the dust is collected on the external surface of the filter bag. The cleaned air entering the cleaning room on the upper part of the filter bag chamber is then collected and discharged from the outlet pipe.

With the increase of filtration duration, the dust kept on the filter bag becomes thicker and thicker and the resistance of the filter bags becomes larger and larger. At this time, it will alternatively remove dust from each dust collecting chamber by the given interval. Each dust collecting chamber is provided with a poppet valve. While removing dust, the poppet valve closes to cut off the filtered air flow passing through such dust collecting chamber. Immediately after that, the pulse valve opens to jet high pressure air into the filter bag to remove the dust on the external surface of the filter bags. The pulse width and dust removing period of each dust collecting chamber can be controlled by PLC.
